Footy Frenzy Competition
1. Promoter
- The Footy Frenzy Competition is conducted by Tyrepower WA (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- One email address can only be used once. Multiple submissions using the same email address are not permitted.
- Employees of Tyrepower WA, participating Tyrepower stores, Mullins Wheels and parties directly involved in the administration of the competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
- The competition opens from the date it is published and closes on 23 September 2026.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Footy Frenzy Competition, entrants must:
- Visit the Footy Frenzy competition entry page.
- Complete the entry form with their name, suburb and valid contact details.
- Submit the completed entry form before the competition closes.
- There is no purchase required to enter.
- Every complete and valid entry received during the competition period will be entered into the prize draw.
- Incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. The Prize
- One winner will receive a set of four brand-new CSA wheels for their vehicle.
- The prize includes wheels only. Tyres and other vehicle accessories or services are not included.
- The appropriate wheel size and fitment will be subject to the winner’s vehicle requirements, CSA product availability and safe vehicle compatibility.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless approved by the Promoter.
- If the advertised wheel option is unavailable or unsuitable for the winner’s vehicle, the Promoter may arrange a suitable alternative CSA wheel option.
6. Winner Selection
- All valid entries received before the competition closes will be included in a random prize draw.
- The winner will be announced on 25 September 2026.
- The winner will also be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry.
- Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact information provided is complete and accurate.
7. Claiming the Prize
- The winner must respond to Tyrepower WA within a reasonable period after being contacted to arrange their prize.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or is found to be ineligible, Tyrepower WA reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with applicable competition laws.
- Prize collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner.
8. Vehicle Compatibility
- It is the winner’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information so that an appropriate CSA wheel fitment can be determined.
- The prize is subject to the availability of a suitable CSA wheel fitment for the winner’s vehicle. Tyrepower WA will work with the winner to identify an appropriate option from the available CSA range.
9. Personal Information
- Personal information provided as part of an entry will be used by Tyrepower WA to administer the competition, conduct the prize draw and contact the winner.
- Any additional marketing communications will be subject to the entrant’s applicable marketing preferences and consents.
10. General
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Tyrepower WA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- If circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter affect the operation of the competition or availability of the prize, the Promoter may make reasonable changes subject to applicable law.
- The Promoter’s decisions relating to the competition and winner selection are final, subject to applicable Australian laws.

1. General
- Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
- The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100. (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
- The Sponsor is Tyrepower Marketing (W.A.) Limited (ABN 87-006-180-418) of 1/25 Tulloch Way, Canning Vale trading as Tyrepower WA (Sponsor).

2. Entry
- The competition commences at 9.00am AWST on Thursday, June 25th, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Thursday, August 20th, 2026 (Promotion Period).
- During the Promotion Period, entry is open to individuals over the age of 18 years who:
- reside in Western Australia;
- purchase any product or service during the Promotion Period in one transaction for a value of not less than $50.00 inc gst from a Tyrepower WA outlet and attach a copy of the receipt as proof of such purchase, to their Entry
(Required Purchase); and - accurately fill in all of the required data fields in the Win a trip for two to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final, thanks to Tyrepower competition at https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/553615292 (Entry) (Eligible Entrant).
- Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter or the Sponsor, related companies of the Promoter or the Sponsor, or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
- There is a limit of one Entry per person.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry, of the required invoice or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
- An entrant may be required to provide a copy of a receipt verifying the Required Purchase. If an entrant is not able to provide such proof of purchase the Promoter or Sponsor may, at its absolute discretion, determine such Entry to be invalid.
3. Judging
- The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.
- Subject to 3.4 below, the winner will be the first Eligible Entrant selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator (Winner).
- the Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order that they were selected, in case of an invalid Entry or ineligible entrant being selected.
- Prior to determining the Eligible Entrant selected in accordance with 3.2 to be the Winner, the Promoter will provide the Sponsor with the invoice number, and/or receipt if required by the Promoter, supplied by such Eligible Entrant to confirm the Required Purchase has been made. If the Required Purchase cannot be verified the Entry will be deemed to be invalid, and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve winners who, subject to being determined to be an Eligible Entrant, will then become the Winner.
- the draw will take place at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA at 10.00am AWST on Friday, August 21, 2026;
- the Winner will be notified by phone and/or email on the day of the draw;
- all reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours after the drawing date and time, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve winners who will then become the Winner.
- once one Winner has been selected, contacted by the Promoter and verified as an Eligible Entrant, no further prizes will be awarded.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4. Prize
- The Winner will receive the prize which consists of the following:
- Two tickets to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final on Saturday September 26, 2026 (Match).
- Two invitations to the official West Coast Eagles 2026 Grand Final function.
- Two night’s accommodation in a Standard Room at the Novotel on Collins, Melbourne, with check in on Friday, September 25th, 2026 and check out on Sunday, September 27th, 2026.
- Return airfares for two via a Virgin Australia chartered aircraft.
- Perth to Melbourne on Friday, September 25th, 2026 on flight VA682. Departure time 7.30am (subject to change).
- Melbourne to Perth on Sunday, September 27th, 2026 on flight VA695. Departure time 4.45pm (subject to change)
- (Collectively the ‘Prize’)
- The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable to another date or person if the Winner is unavailable to attend the Match or use any portion of the Prize. The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Should the Winner be found to not meet the entry requirements the Prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
- the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via-online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn.
- The total prize value for this competition is $9,840.00.
5. Risk, Liability and Conduct
- The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.
- The Winner and their guest are required to comply with any and all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter and the Sponsor.
- Any failure by the Winner, or their guest, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner (or their guest) in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation baggage fees, food and beverage costs or any other fees or charges incurred by the Winner or their guest at any time.
- All flights included in the Prize are subject to Virgin Australia’s Conditions of Carriage available at https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/about-us/policies/legal/conditions-of-carriage/ .
- If the Prize contains tickets to the Match the Winner and their guest agree to comply with the MCG Conditions of Entry located at https://www.mcg.org.au/plan-a-visit/conditions-of-entry
- If a Prize, or any element of a Prize, is provided to the Promoter by a third party, that Prize or Prize element is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the Prize at the time it is issued to the Winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry to the extent of any inconsistency.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
6. Your Information
- The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants, whether Eligible Entrants or not, to enable them to participate in this competition and for any other matter connected to or incidental to this purpose and the Promoter may disclose the personal information to third parties including the Sponsor, or the Promoters contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this competition or providing the Prize. By registering their interest, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition.
- The Winner and their guest consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Match or the relationship with the Sponsor, or for any other related purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The entry form will provide entrants with the ability to ‘opt in’ to share and to allow the Promoter to use data. If consent is provided, personal information will be used and may be disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and competition campaigns in any media. By opting in to provide personal information, the entrant (whether an Eligible Entrant or not) agrees to such use by the Promoter.
- All personal information provided will be stored, used and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy.
- The entry form will provide entrants with the ability to ‘opt in’ to share data with the Sponsor and consent to receive direct email and SMS communications from the Sponsor. The entrant acknowledges that all personal information it consents to share with the Sponsor in connection with this competition will be used and may be disclosed by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.tyrepower.com.au/privacy-and-data-policy.
