Get the power. Get the fuel.

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern entry into the Tyrepower WA Get the Power, Get the Fuel promotion (Promotion). By entering the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms.

Promotion Summary

1. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make an eligible purchase at a participating Tyrepower WA store during the Promotional Period (Eligible Participant).
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Tyrepower WA stores, Tyrepower Australia, and any agency associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Entry is limited to natural persons. Purchases made by a company, trust, partnership or other entity must nominate one natural person as the entrant.

2. How to Enter

• Spend a minimum of $50 (inclusive of GST) in a single transaction on eligible goods and/or services at a participating Tyrepower WA store during an Entry Period (Eligible Purchase). Gift card purchases, account payments and returned or refunded transactions are not Eligible Purchases.
• Retain the original tax invoice for the Eligible Purchase. Entry is not automatic — a purchase alone does not enter the entrant into the Promotion.
• Register at https://www.tyrepowerwa.com.au/get-the-fuel and upload a clear copy or photo of the tax invoice for the Eligible Purchase, along with the entrant’s full name, mobile number, email address and the participating store name.
• Registration and invoice upload must be completed within the same Entry Period as the Eligible Purchase (see clause 4 for the Entry Period schedule). Entries submitted after an Entry Period has closed will automatically roll into the next open Entry Period, where one remains in the Promotional Period; otherwise they will not be accepted.
• Entrants may submit multiple entries within an Entry Period, with one additional entry earned per additional $50 (inclusive of GST) spent in a single Eligible Purchase, or across separate Eligible Purchases, up to the value evidenced by the invoice(s) uploaded (see clause 3).
• The Promoter may verify any entry, including by contacting the relevant Tyrepower WA store to confirm a transaction. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated or unverifiable entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

3. Entries

• Entrants receive one entry into the applicable weekly Draw for every $50 (inclusive of GST) spent in an Eligible Purchase, per transaction. For example, a single transaction of $170 earns 3 entries; two separate transactions of $50 and $120 earn 1 and 2 entries respectively.
• There is no limit to the number of entries an Eligible Participant may accrue across the Promotional Period, provided each entry is supported by a valid, verifiable Eligible Purchase and invoice.
• Entries are valid only for the Draw corresponding to the Entry Period in which the Eligible Purchase was made and registered.

4. Entry Periods and Draws

The Promotional Period runs for 12 consecutive weekly Entry Periods, each followed by a Draw on the following Monday, as
follows:

• Each Draw will be conducted electronically using a random number generator, from all valid entries received for the corresponding Entry Period.
• Each weekly Draw is independent. An entrant who has already won a prize in a previous Entry Period remains eligible to win in subsequent Entry Periods.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including the conduct of the Draws, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes

• One winner will be drawn each week to receive one $200 digital fuel gift card (Prize).
• There are 12 Prizes available to be won across the Promotional Period, with a total Prize pool value of $2,400 (inc. GST), based on recommended retail value at the time of preparing these Terms.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or brand of gift card.
• Use of the Prize is subject to the issuing gift card provider’s own terms and conditions, including expiry and redemption terms, available at the provider’s website at the time of issue. The Promoter is not responsible for the terms, expiry, acceptance or redemption of the Prize once issued.
• If a Prize (or component of a Prize) is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a gift card of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable written directions from a regulator.

6. Winner Notification

• The weekly winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at registration, within 2 business days of the relevant Draw.
• The Prize (digital gift card) will be delivered to the winner’s nominated email address within 7 business days of winner verification.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond to the Promoter’s reasonable attempts to make contact, within 5 business days of the relevant Draw, that winner forfeits the Prize and the Promoter may conduct an additional draw to select another winner from the same Entry Period’s valid entries.

7. Personal Information and Privacy

• The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including verifying entries, contacting and notifying winners, and delivering Prizes.
• The Promoter may also use an entrant’s personal information for direct marketing purposes, including to send updates about Tyrepower WA products, services, offers and future promotions. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe function in any marketing communication or by contacting the Promoter using the details in these Terms, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
• Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter directly.

8. Invoice and Proof of Purchase

• The Promoter may request the original tax invoice for any Eligible Purchase at any time, including after a Draw, to verify an entry or a winner’s eligibility.
• Invoices that are altered, duplicated, incomplete, unrelated to a participating Tyrepower WA store, or otherwise cannot be verified will render the associated entry invalid.
• Retain all original tax invoices until the end of the Promotional Period, as the Promoter is not obliged to accept a reprinted or reissued invoice as proof of an Eligible Purchase.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct connected with the Promotion.
• If the Promotion is required to be terminated, suspended or modified for any reason outside the Promoter’s control (including due to technical failure), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, or any part of it.
• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a Prize.
• No permit is required to conduct this Promotion in any Australian state or territory, based on the total Prize pool value at the time these Terms were prepared.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
