Video Consent & Media Release
This consent is entered into between Tyrepower Halftime Heroes ("the Organiser") and the parent or legal guardian ("the Guardian") of the minor named above ("the Talent"), in connection with the Talent's participation in the Tyrepower Halftime Heroes program ("the Program").
1. Purpose. The Guardian has agreed to film, or arrange the filming of, a short video of the Talent (approximately 15–30 seconds), for submission to the Organiser as part of the Talent's application to the Program ("the Content").
2. Use of Content. The Guardian agrees that the Content may be used by the Organiser for marketing, promotional and social media purposes, including publication on Instagram and Facebook, in connection with the Program and the Tyrepower Halftime Heroes brand. Use remains at the Organiser's sole discretion.
3. No Compensation. No payment, reward or other compensation is provided in exchange for participation or for the use of the Content.
4. No Endorsement. Use of the Content does not imply that the Talent, the Guardian, or their family endorses any sponsor, product or brand associated with the Program.
5. Withdrawal of Consent. The Guardian may withdraw this consent at any time by written notice to the Organiser, who will take reasonable steps to cease further use where reasonably practicable.
6. Authority to Consent. The Guardian confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of the Talent and have the authority to provide this consent.
